Whole Wheat Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Cut the cold butter into small pieces and mix it into the dry mixture.
- Mash the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough gently 8-10 times and then pat it to a ¾-inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut out biscuits using a drinking glass or cookie cutter.
- Place the biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
