Vegan Pizza Dough

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and warm water, then sprinkle in the yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Once the yeast is foamy, stir in the oil and salt.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a slightly sticky ball forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Lightly oil a bowl, place the dough inside, and cover it to rise until doubled in size (30-45 minutes).
- Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it in half.
- Flatten each half into a 12-inch pizza round.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F and sprinkle cornmeal on the baking surface.
- Transfer the flattened dough to the surface, add toppings, and bake for 14-15 minutes until golden.
