Homemade Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour, then mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it's soft and slightly tacky.
- Grease a bowl, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise for 60-90 minutes until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (246°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza pan with oil and cornmeal.
- Punch down the risen dough, divide it in half, and shape each half into a 12-inch circle.
- Let the shaped dough rest while preparing toppings.
- Top the dough with desired toppings and bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown.
