Instructions
- Combine yeast and warm water in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, salt, and sugar, then mix and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a ball, coat with olive oil, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, divide into three pieces, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Flatten each piece of dough and shape into a circle with a rim.
- Spread sauce on the crust and top with mozzarella and other toppings.
- Brush the edges with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden.
- Slice and serve.
