Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pizza dough and let it rise.
  2. While the dough is rising, prepare the pizza sauce.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F and optionally preheat the pizza stone.
  4. Punch down the dough and shape it into a disc, then roll it out into a circle.
  5. Transfer the dough to the pizza stone, prick holes in the crust, and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle garlic salt on the crust and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Spread sauce over the crust, add desired toppings, and sprinkle with oregano.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
