Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough and let it rise.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the pizza sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and optionally preheat the pizza stone.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a disc, then roll it out into a circle.
- Transfer the dough to the pizza stone, prick holes in the crust, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic salt on the crust and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Spread sauce over the crust, add desired toppings, and sprinkle with oregano.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
