Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Combine the flours and salt in a stand mixer or knead by hand.
- Mix the lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl and let it sit until bubbly.
- Add the olive oil to the yeast mixture and stir.
- Gradually add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture while kneading until the dough is firm and smooth.
- Divide the dough into four balls and place them on oiled parchment paper.
- Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap and let them rise until doubled in size, about two hours.
- Roll out each dough ball on a floured surface until thin.
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Place the rolled dough on the parchment, drizzle with olive oil, and add toppings.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the crust is brown and the cheese is melted.
