Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Create a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil, then mix until incorporated.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes, adding flour as needed.
  4. Lightly grease the dough ball and place it back in the bowl, covering it to rise for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into two balls for two pizzas.
  6. Shape each dough ball into a circular shape about 10 inches in diameter.
  7. Use the dough in your favorite pizza recipe.
