Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F with a rack in the upper third.
- Whisk warm water, olive oil, honey, and yeast in a bowl and let it proof for 5 minutes.
- In a food processor, pulse flour, Parmesan, and salt until combined. Gradually add the water mixture and process until a shaggy ball forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead a few times until it comes together, then divide it in half.
- Roll each half into a round about 11 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
- Transfer one round to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the edges with olive oil, and add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
- Bake until the crust and cheese are lightly golden, about 10-12 minutes. Repeat with the remaining dough.
