Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, olive oil, and honey in a bowl.
- Add white whole wheat flour, part of the all-purpose flour, vital wheat gluten (if using), and salt. Mix and gradually add the remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, then cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two balls. Use, refrigerate, or freeze as desired.
- To bake, roll out the dough, top with sauce and toppings, then bake at 450°F until golden.
