Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Instructions
- 1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- 2. Using a dough hook, mix in half of the flour, olive oil, honey, and salt.
- 3. Add the remaining flour and mix until a dough forms, then knead for 3-5 minutes.
- 4. Shape the dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl, covering it to rise for 30 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- 6. Roll the dough into a 14-inch round and place it on a pizza pan or stone.
- 7. Add sauce and toppings as desired.
- 8. Bake for 16-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- 9. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
