Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
  2. 2. Using a dough hook, mix in half of the flour, olive oil, honey, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the remaining flour and mix until a dough forms, then knead for 3-5 minutes.
  4. 4. Shape the dough into a ball and place in a greased bowl, covering it to rise for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  6. 6. Roll the dough into a 14-inch round and place it on a pizza pan or stone.
  7. 7. Add sauce and toppings as desired.
  8. 8. Bake for 16-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  9. 9. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
