Honey Wheat Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Combine warm water, honey, and yeast in a bowl and let it sit until frothy.
- Stir in olive oil and salt into the yeast mixture.
- Mix in one cup of whole wheat flour until combined.
- Gradually add all purpose flour, ½ cup at a time, until you can no longer stir.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead in additional all purpose flour until the dough is stretchy and soft but not sticky.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a large circle and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
- Press the dough to fit the pan and preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Top the pizza and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
