Whole Wheat flour

Olive Oil
Instructions
Mix warm water with yeast and let it stand until dissolved.
Brush a large bowl with olive oil.
In a mixer, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a sticky ball forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and not sticky.
Place the dough in the oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Punch down the dough and roll it out to the desired size.
