Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

- Add oil and warm water, then mix with an electric mixer until a soft, elastic dough forms.
- Gradually stir in whole wheat flour by hand until fully incorporated.
- Knead the dough gently until it forms a soft ball.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into two 12-inch circles and poke with a fork to prevent bubbling.
