Homemade Whole-Wheat Pizza

The toppings

tomato sauce

mozzarella cheese (grated)

toppings (sausage, mushrooms, mixed veggies, parmesan cheese, pesto, goat cheese, arugula, olives)
Instructions
- Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water and let it foam.
- Stir in salt and olive oil into the yeast mixture.
- Combine flour and yeast mixture in a food processor or mixer, or mix by hand until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then place it in a greased bag or bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and place it on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce and add cheese and other toppings.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
