Simple Homemade Pizza Dough

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl.
- Add the lukewarm water and mix until a sticky dough ball forms.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 1 to 1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and divide it into 4 equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for at least 30 minutes if baking immediately.
- If refrigerating, transfer the dough balls to containers and store in the fridge.
- When ready to bake, let the dough sit at room temperature for 60 to 90 minutes.
- Shape the dough into a 10 to 12-inch round and place it on a parchment-lined peel.
- Top the pizza as desired and bake at 550°F for 5 to 6 minutes.
