Ingredients

  • ½ cup Warm Water
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • tsp Instant Yeast
  • 1⅓ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, yeast, and honey in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil, then stir to combine.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-9 minutes until smooth and tacky.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
  5. Punch down the dough and stretch it into a 10-12 inch pizza crust.
  6. Transfer the crust to a floured baking sheet, preheat the oven to 475°F, and add toppings.
  7. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
