Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and honey in a bowl and stir well.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil, then stir to combine.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-9 minutes until smooth and tacky.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Punch down the dough and stretch it into a 10-12 inch pizza crust.
- Transfer the crust to a floured baking sheet, preheat the oven to 475°F, and add toppings.
- Bake the pizza for 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
