Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin by misting it with cooking spray.
- Cut each biscuit into 9 pieces and place them in a mixing bowl with the pepperoni.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and stir to coat.
- Add Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
- Mix in the shredded Mozzarella until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes until the tops are golden and the biscuits have puffed.
