Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cook the diced mushrooms in a skillet until wilted, then combine them with chopped pepperoni and pizza sauce in a bowl.
- Open the French bread dough and cut it into 8 equal rounds, then flatten each round and press it into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each dough cup with the pepperoni and mushroom mixture, top with Mozzarella cheese and a pinch of Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes until the edges are browned and the cups are crusty, then let cool for a few minutes before serving.
