Pizza Wonton Cups

pizza sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into smaller pieces.
- If using vegetables, add them to the sausage and cook until softened.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, vegetables or pineapple, most of the pepperoni, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin tin cup and fill with half of the sausage mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top, then add another wonton wrapper and repeat the layering.
- Top with the reserved pepperoni and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
