Instructions
- Sauté ground turkey, pancetta, and onion in a skillet until the turkey is browned.
- Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in marinara sauce and set the mixture aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, and Italian cheese with remaining basil and parsley.
- Grease a cupcake pan and place wonton wrappers in each cup.
- Layer a teaspoon of the meat mixture followed by a teaspoon of the cheese mixture in each wonton wrapper, repeating the layers.
- Bake the wonton cups over hot coals at 350°F for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
