Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon until crisp, then crumble 3 slices into a bowl and set aside the last slice.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ground turkey with salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook the seasoned turkey in a skillet until done, then combine with the crumbled bacon.
- Scramble the eggs with the remaining salt and pepper, then add to the turkey and bacon mixture along with 2 oz of cheese.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin tin well and bake for 5 minutes.
- Fill the wonton cups with half of the filling, then add another wonton wrapper on top and fill again.
- Top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon, then bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
