Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet for 7-9 minutes until done, then chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each biscuit into a larger circle and place in the muffin tin, pressing the dough into the bottom and up the sides.
- Divide the cheese evenly among the cups, then pour the egg mixture into each cup.
- Top with the chopped bacon and bake for 10-12 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and eggs are set.
