Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and spray a nonstick muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Use one strip of bacon per muffin to create a basket, covering the sides completely.
- Place the bacon in the oven for about 7 minutes to firm it up, but not until crispy.
- Crack one egg into each bacon basket.
- Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes depending on desired yolk firmness.
- Season with pepper and enjoy.
