Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add half of the chopped vegetables, shredded cheeses, and crumbled bacon to the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
- Place silicone molds in the air fryer and pour the egg mixture into each mold.
- Sprinkle the remaining vegetables on top of the egg mixture in the molds.
- Cook the egg bites in the air fryer at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes, testing with a toothpick for doneness.
