Turkey Club Wonton Cupcakes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 6 slices of chopped bacon, turkey, and cheese wedges, then heat for 1 ½ minutes.
- Mix in the mustard and spoon half of the mixture into wonton wrappers placed in the muffin tin.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar over the turkey mixture, then layer another wonton wrapper on top and repeat with the remaining mixture and cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Allow to cool for 1-2 minutes, then top each cupcake with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and remaining bacon before serving.
