Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cupcakes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a microwavable bowl, combine the chicken, cheese wedges, and wing sauce, then microwave for 1 ½ minutes.
- Stir the mixture until the chicken is fully coated with cheese and wing sauce, then add the chopped celery.
- Place a wonton wrapper in the bottom of each muffin cup, fill with half of the chicken mixture, and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top.
- Add another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
