Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with smoked paprika and chili powder, then bake until cooked through.
- Let the chicken cool, then shred it.
- Fit wonton wrappers into mini baking cups and bake until lightly browned.
- Mix melted butter with hot sauce, then coat the shredded chicken with this mixture.
- Fill each wonton cup with the chicken mixture and top with blue cheese.
- Return the cups to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
- Top with sliced scallions and serve warm.
