Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 cup franks red hot sauce
  • cup ranch dressing
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 lbs. chicken, cooked and finely chopped
  • cup chives, chopped

The wrappers

  • 30 pieces wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix cooked chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and franks red hot sauce until combined and set aside.
  3. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and place a wonton wrapper in each tin, pressing down to form a cup.
  4. Fill each wonton wrapper with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes until the edges of the wontons are crispy and browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool, then top with chopped chives.
