Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix the chicken, pasta sauce, and Italian seasoning until combined.
- Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin tin cup and fill with half of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
- Add another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering with the remaining chicken mixture and cheese.
- Combine the crushed croutons and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the top of each cup.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
