Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Wonton Cupcakes

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly mist a standard muffin tin with cooking spray.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add broccoli, and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
- 3. Transfer broccoli to a mixing bowl and combine with chicken, Alfredo sauce, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
- 4. Place a wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, fill with half of the chicken mixture, and sprinkle with half of the Mozzarella cheese.
- 5. Press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering with the remaining chicken mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
- 6. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of Parmesan cheese on top of each wonton cup.
- 7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
