Ingredients

The filling

  • 12 oz cooked diced or shredded chicken breast
  • 3 oz thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
  • 8 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedges, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

The wrappers and toppings

  • 24 pieces wonton wrappers
  • 6 slices 2% Swiss Cheese, each cut into 4 equal pieces
  • 0.75 oz seasoned croutons, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, ham, cheese wedges, and mustard, then heat for 1 ½ minutes.
  3. Push a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup and fill with half of the chicken mixture, adding a piece of Swiss cheese on top.
  4. Layer another wonton wrapper and repeat the filling and cheese process.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then add crushed croutons on top and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
