Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Pound the chicken breasts to a ¼ inch thickness.
- Place one ounce of ham and ¾ ounce of Swiss cheese on each breast, then roll them up and seal with toothpicks.
- Coat the rolled chicken in flour by placing them in a Ziploc bag and shaking.
- Dip the floured chicken in beaten egg whites, then coat with a mixture of corn flake crumbs and seasonings.
- Arrange the coated chicken seam side down on the baking sheet and mist with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, then remove toothpicks before serving.
