Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise (or sour cream) until smooth.
- Spread sauce on both sides of each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle the outside of each slice with salt and pepper or garlic/herb seasoning.
- Layer one slice of bread with Swiss cheese, cooked chicken, deli ham, and another slice of Swiss cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, seasoning side out.
- Cook on a preheated panini press or hot skillet until golden and cheese is melted, flipping as needed.
