Cheeseburger Wonton Cupcakes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and mist 8 cups in a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a skillet, sauté chopped onions until cooked, then add ground beef and seasoning, cooking until browned.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, combine the meat mixture with cheese wedges, ketchup, and mustard, then microwave for one minute and stir.
- Push a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, fill with half of the meat mixture, and add some chopped tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
- Top with another wonton wrapper and repeat the layering with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
