Ingredients

The filling

  • 12 oz deli roast beef, thinly sliced and chopped
  • 4 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese, chopped
  • cup Au Jus gravy
  • 4 oz reduced fat 2% shredded mozzarella cheese

The wrappers

  • 16 pieces wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwavable bowl, mix the roast beef, cheese wedges, and Au Jus sauce, then microwave for 2 minutes and stir until combined.
  3. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin tin cup, then fill with half of the roast beef mixture and sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top.
  4. Add another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
