Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and mist a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a microwavable bowl, mix the roast beef, cheese wedges, and Au Jus sauce, then microwave for 2 minutes and stir until combined.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin tin cup, then fill with half of the roast beef mixture and sprinkle half of the mozzarella on top.
- Add another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown, then cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
