Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the mushrooms on a wire rack over a baking sheet and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and top with pizza sauce, cheese, and cherry tomatoes.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve.
