Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll out the pie crust into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
- Cut out 6 shapes using a 4-inch cookie cutter and place them on a lined sheet pan.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the shapes and top with pepperoni, leaving a border.
- Beat the egg and brush it along the border of the dough.
- Re-roll the dough scraps and cut out 6 more shapes to cover the pepperoni.
- Crimp the edges with a fork and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.
