Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough and punch it down to release air bubbles.
- Divide the dough in half and roll each half into a rectangle, about 10x12 inches.
- Brush the tops of the dough with olive oil and make dents with your fingers.
- Spread pizza sauce on each rectangle and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Add shredded mozzarella and pepperoni on top, then roll the dough into tight logs.
- Chill the logs in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Cut each log into 12 slices and dip the bottoms in cornmeal if desired.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheets and sprinkle with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned, then cool for 5 minutes before serving.
