Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixer, combine warm water, honey, olive oil, yeast, salt, and 1 cup of flour.
- Add more flour until the dough forms a soft ball, knead for 3-4 minutes, then let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough in half and roll one half into a thin rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni on the dough, then roll it up and seal the seam.
- Cut the roll into 1-inch sections and dip the bottoms in cornmeal before placing them on the baking sheet.
- Repeat with the second half of the dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and serve with warm pizza sauce.
