Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour

The filling

  • ¼ cup Pizza Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 slices Pepperoni

The topping

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until combined.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll it into a 12x14 rectangle.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on the dough, then add cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Roll the dough into a log shape and pinch it to seal.
  6. Cut the log into 8 equal pinwheels and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Melt butter with minced garlic and brush it over the pinwheels.
  8. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden and firm.
