Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll it into a 12x14 rectangle.
- Spread pizza sauce on the dough, then add cheese and pepperoni.
- Roll the dough into a log shape and pinch it to seal.
- Cut the log into 8 equal pinwheels and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt butter with minced garlic and brush it over the pinwheels.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden and firm.
