Stuffed Veggie Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

The rolls

  • 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, diced
  • ½ unit red onion, chopped
  • ½ unit green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ unit yellow bell pepper, chopped

The seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried Italian seasoning

For dipping

  • to taste Marinara/pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Flour your surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12" x 8" rectangle.
  3. Cut out 24 rectangles and place a teaspoon of cheese and desired toppings in the center.
  4. Roll up the squares around the toppings and pinch the ends to seal.
  5. Place the dough balls in a lightly sprayed pie pan.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings.
  7. Brush the mixture over the dough balls until coated.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
