Ingredients

The dough and dressing

  • 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 T olive oil or melted butter
  • ¾ C mayonnaise
  • ¾ C milk

The filling

  • 1 C shredded, cooked chicken
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • to taste sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 teaspoon of ranch dressing mix with 1 ½ tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  2. Mix the remaining ranch dressing mix with mayonnaise and milk, then refrigerate.
  3. Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough package instructions, typically 400-425°F.
  4. Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 24 squares.
  5. Place cheese and desired toppings on each square of dough.
  6. Wrap the dough around the toppings and seal the seams.
  7. Arrange the rolls seam side down in a lightly greased pan.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with the Parmesan-ranch mixture.
  9. Bake in the oven, checking after 10 minutes, until golden brown (may take 15-20 minutes).
  10. Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.
