Cheesy Bacon Ranch Stuffed Chicken

The coating

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble it into small pieces.
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning in a bowl.
- Slice the chicken breasts almost all the way through and open them up.
- Spread the cheese mixture inside the chicken and top with crumbled bacon.
- Close the chicken breasts and coat them with a mixture of flour and the remaining ranch seasoning.
- Dip the coated chicken in beaten egg white and then in panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 1 minute on each side until golden.
- Transfer the chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
