Baked Bacon Ranch Chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Combine corn flakes and ranch seasoning on a plate.
- Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then coat with the cornflake mixture.
- Season the tops of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese and crumbled bacon over the chicken and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
