Ingredients

The chicken

  • 4 medium Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

The toppings

  • 6 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices Cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish, slightly touching, and spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over each piece.
  4. Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and sprinkle chopped bacon on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving and drizzle with remaining ranch dressing.
