Ranch Chicken Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • 3 large cooked chicken breasts
  • 1 cup celery, diced small
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 5 pieces green onions, diced

The dressing

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken using a food processor or finely by hand.
  2. Chop the celery, green onions, and turkey bacon, then add them to a large bowl.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the bowl and toss everything together.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and all spices, then add water and whisk until combined.
  5. Pour the dressing into the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Serve with crackers, on bread, or with veggies.
