Ingredients

  • 3 large cooked chicken breasts
  • ¾ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup 5% plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Shred the cooked chicken using a food processor or by hand.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with all the other ingredients.
  3. 3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. 4. Serve the salad on bread, with chips, in a wrap, or on a salad.
