Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • cup scallions, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup celery, diced small
  • 3-4 tbsp buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly and taste to adjust buffalo sauce, salt, or pepper as desired.
  3. Serve as a sandwich, in a wrap, or with crackers and fresh vegetables.
