Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups cooked chicken
  • ¾ cup celery, finely minced
  • ½ cup sweet onion, finely minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • to taste black pepper

The broth

  • 4-8 tablespoons chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Cook and shred the chicken.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, sweet onion, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir the mixture and add chicken broth one tablespoon at a time until the desired creamy texture is achieved.
  4. Adjust the seasoning and add more mayonnaise if desired.
