Classic Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 large cooked chicken breasts
  • ½ cup sweet relish
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup sliced grapes
  • 1 cup 5% plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Shred the cooked chicken using a food processor or by hand.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Serve on bread, with chips, in a wrap, or on a salad.
